Sometime ago, my colleague suddenly asked me if my hubby's name is Joseph. Why yes? Apparently there was a song playing on radio, check out the music video below and see if you can catch what my colleague heard? =P It's a song from the 80s, very retro yet catchy too.

Christmas Family Gathering

After getting the tree, we thought it would be really nice to have a family gathering cum Christmas party. Thus, got busy informing our family members, buying gifts and deciding the food. And we had a great time together! Check out the pics below =)

We had pizza from Sarpino's, shepherd's pie (it's my signature dish =p), fruit salad. And Dad went downstairs to buy yummy stingray!

Joseph was saying that though our place din really have games for the kids to play, they somehow were able to find amusement for themselves! They had the most fun!

Then it came to the best part of the gathering - unwrapping gifts!

So happy tat everyone was happy with their gifts =)

We also had matching mugs from Disneyland, courtesy of Charles and Aileen! =)

Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree!

My hubby has been talking about this for weeks, surfing the net and forums to find out more info, even using his lunch time to look around. What is this thing my hubby's so fascinated with? Hee... it's a Christmas tree! And finally the other weekend (sometime ago already, this is a outdated post!), we bought our very own Christmas tree! Got it from a wholesaler near our place. Apparently the baubles and all are 50% off! All in all, we spent a little over $200. Think the best part was setting up the tree and decorating it!

Btw, dun think I was standing around doing nothing ok?! I was also busy decorating the tree! =) Having a tree really adds to the Christmas mood =) I love Christmas!

I finally did it!

Yup! I cut my hair short! This was something I wanted to do for a long time but had to keep on hold till after my wedding. But it almost didn't happen! I went to my usual hair stylist, Roy, and I guess I just had no guts to go the short way. So he did a simple cut which was so boring. After one week of whining and "soul-searching", I made the decision to just do it! So far, quite pleased with the cut and received quite a few positive comments. =) But it's not really as fuss-free as long hair. I have to spend time styling it in the morning. Still I like =)
